Trump’s bump

November 2016:  Copper prices have soared to their highest level since the middle of 2015 as markets reacted to the surprise election of Republican Donald Trump as president of the United States.
Prices closed on the London Metals Exchange on Thursday November 10th at US$2.55 a pound, against an average of US$2.15 a pound in October and a level not seen since the property tycoon launched his bid for the White House last June.
