Dr. Kevin B. Heather was an original member of Antares Minerals and directed the exploration that led to the discovery of the high-grade Haquira East porphyry Cu-Mo deposit and overall development of the Haquira Cu-Mo-Au porphyry project in Southern Peru, which sold to First Quantum Minerals in December 2010 for $CDN 650 million. He is an economic geologist with more than 35 years of _eld experience in North and South America. Dr. Heather received a BSc. (honours) degree in geology from the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada) in 1982, a MSc.

degree in geology from Queen’s University (Kingston, Canada) in 1985, and a PhD. degree from the University of Keele (Keele, England) in 2001. He is currently the Chief Geological O_cer and Chairman of the Technical Committee for Regulus Resources Inc.; with projects in Argentina, Peru, Chile, USA, and Canada.



Julian Bavin has 30 years of technical, operational and commercial experience in mineral exploration gained from work in a wide range of commodities, jurisdictions and cultures most of which was spent with the Rio Tinto Group in South America, Australia, Indonesia and Europe.

From 2001 to 2009 he was based in Santiago and responsible for Rio Tinto exploration in South America and the teams which identified the potential in a range of projects throughout the continent which are now in various stages of feasibility study and production. After a short stint in London with Rio Tinto he decided to leave Rio Tinto land return to Chile. He is now an independent consultant and director of various mineral exploration companies including Exeter Resource and Estrella Resources both of which are active in Chile.



Dr. Raymond Jannas has geology degree from University of Chile and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. He has more than 35 years’ experience in mining geology, exploration and business development with companies such as Minera Fuego, Hochschild Mining, Gold Fields, Metallica Resources, LAC Minerals, St Joe Minerals and Rosario Resources. His main focus has been in exploration, business development and mining geology in Latin America (principally Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela) in addition to world-wide project generation. During his career, he has headed exploration teams that led to the discovery of deposits such as Pascua-Lama, El Morro and Johanna in Chile, and Choco 10 in Venezuela, as well as the acquisition of the Cerro Corona mine in Peru. Raymond is currently a consultant to various mining companies and is President of his own consulting firm (Gexsa Ltda.). He is also a director of Revelo Resources Corp. (TSX-V: RVL) and Regulus Resources Inc. (TSX-V: REG) and Partner/Advisor in Minera Santa Enma.



Dr. Stuart currently hold the position of Specialist Global Copper within the exploration group of Teck Resources Ltd, based in Santiago; in this role Stuart has responsibility for global Cu prospectivity assessments, portfolio prioritization and opportunity capture. Stuart has been with Teck for a little over 2 years and has over 25 years experience principally in exploration from in- and near-mine to belt and global-scale greenfields roles.

Prior to Teck Stuart held a number of diverse senior exploration roles including Chief Geologist for the Oxiana-OZ Minerals-MMG companies and a period in private equity. Stuart holds a BSc (Hons 1) from University of New England (Australia) and a PhD from CODES, University of Tasmania.
